These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between us – the owners and operators of the website www.vowcha.co which sells and allows its users to sell gift cards for major retailers and brands at a discounted price, and you – the user or customer.

Services
Customers need to register for an account to be able to buy or sell gift cards on www.vowcha.co. Customers will be required to enter some personal information, as well as creating a unique username and password. For more information on the ways in which we handle your personal information and keep your accounts secure, please make sure you also read our privacy policy alongside these terms and conditions.
Only one account is permitted per user, and your account is intended for your own personal use only. You may not share or otherwise give your account information on www.vowcha.co to anyone else .
You will need to re-enter your log-in information each time you visit the website, and we remind all customers to ensure that they keep their personal log-in information completely confidential as customers are responsible for all activity which takes place on their accounts.
In the event that you suspect there has been a breach on your account, then please get in touch with a member of the team to notify us about this immediately.
Orders and payments
a) Buying gift cards
Customers must pay the full price of their purchases before their order can be processed and their gift cards delivered. Customers are permitted to purchase as many gift cards at the same time as they like by adding them to the cart as they go. All our gift cards for sale are digital and shall display both the original price of the gift card – or its value in monetary terms – as well as the discounted price that www.vowcha.co is offering. This clearly informs the customer how much they are saving in comparison to the RRP on such products.
When the customer has chosen their cards and has added these to their cart, they shall then proceed to checkout where they will be informed of the final total price of their selected gift cards and will be asked to make a payment.
Visa and Mastercard are both accepted forms of payment on www.vowcha.co. When the payment has been processed the name FINNCOMEU DUBAI 56AE shall appear on the user’s bank statement as confirmation of the transaction.
When the order has been processed delivery shall be arranged.
b) Selling gift cards
The website www.vowcha.co allows its customers to make offers and sell gift cards that they no longer want or need. Customers looking to sell a gift card will need to fill in and follow the process on the ‘sell to us’ page where they need to provide certain information such as the brand of the gift card as well as its monetary value.
As soon as your offer has been sent it will be reviewed by a member of the sales team at www.vowcha.co who will respond with an offer for your gift cards. We aim to respond to all such enquiries on the same day, however during busy periods please be advised that this could be longer.
If you accept the offer then you then send the gift cards to the team who will perform some security and authenticity checks, and provided they are happy with the stock you have provided then the money for the agreed fee will be sent to your bank account details provided.
When a deal has been agreed we aim to process all payments for sales within two working days, however this is not always possible during busy periods so if it has been more than two working days since you agreed a deal for a sale and the money has not yet arrived then please check with your banking provider in the first instance, and if there are any further delays please get in touch with a member of the www.vowcha.co who will look into this for you as soon as possible.
Please make sure that you double check your banking information before sending it to us as we shall not be liable for any erroneous or mislaid payments which have not been caused on our part.
Delivery
As the website www.vowcha.co deals exclusively in digital gift cards there are no shipping or handling fees for any of the products sold, and deliveries are aimed to be made within an hour of the order being processed and the payment completed.
Deliveries are made via email using the email address which is connected to the customer’s account. As such we remind all customers to make sure that they always provide accurate and correct information when creating their account. We shall not be liable for any delays or mislaid deliveries which have been caused by incorrect information being provided.
In the unlikely event that more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, but you have still not received your gift card, then please get in touch with a member of the team and someone will look into this for you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds for goods sold on www.vowcha.co are only considered or accepted in limited circumstances where we are liable for the error. Such examples of this could include if the gift card that has been sent to you is the wrong one, if there is a portion or your order that is missing, or if your order has not arrived.
If you think that any of the above apply to you then please get in touch with a member of our customer service team using the contact information provided and someone will look into this for you as soon as possible.
Please be advised that we can only investigate cases where they have been raised within 7 working days of the order being processed. Unfortunately, if you enquiry reaches us outside of this time boundary we will be unable to consider it.
Please be advised that when selling gift cards through www.vowcha.co all deals and sales are final.
Cancellations and terminations
Orders can only be cancelled up until the point before they have been delivered.
Customers may cancel or terminate their account at www.vowcha.co at any time simply by deleting it from the system in their own account settings.
In the event that we suspect that any of our users may have violated any of these terms and conditions then we shall terminate their account without prior warning or notice.
Warranties
This website is provided “as is” and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither www.vowcha.co nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the website at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will www.vowcha.co or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to www.vowcha.co under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action www.vowcha.co shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.vowcha.co, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Changes
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they are familiar with the latest version of this document by checking back to this page regularly. Any amendments made to these terms and conditions come into effect upon publication.
